Q. What’s the best way to place an order?
A. Well there are several ways, it's really easy! Simply order online at www.schoolgifts.com.au, call us, or download our printable order form and fax or email it to us, it’s that easy!
Q. Can I pick up my order?
A. Yes, if you are in Melbourne. Just let us know when you are coming!
Q. Where can I view your stock?
A. If you are located in Melbourne then pop into our showroom at 115 Miller Street in Epping 3076. Simply call us to make an appointment (tel 03 9401 1066).
Q. How do I pay for my stock?
A. There are a number a ways you can pay for your order. Please make cheques payable to "Greensborough Gifts P/L" or direct payment into Westpac Account "Greensborough Gifts P/L" BSB: 033183 Account Number: 143434. Please remember to use your invoice number as a reference if paying by direct deposit. You can call us and pay by credit card over the phone also. If ordering online you can checkout and pay via PayPal too.
Q. Once I place my order, how long until I receive my stock?
A. Your order will be dispatched within 7 days, after your invoice is confirmed. When close to an event we will dispatch with in 24 hrs.
Q. Can we return unsold stock?
A. Unfortunately no. Please ensure you thoroughly choose your stock as we do not accept returns. We endeavour to bring you bigger and better items in our catalogues each year and in doing so want to be able to provide you with the newest and latest stock.
Q. Can we specify what colour options we would like to order?
A. We endeavour to bring you the biggest and best variety of goods and in doing so some of our stock comes in a variety of colours, scents and patterns. Stock can only be ordered in dozen quantities, so each carton of stock is shipped as is. Equal amounts of varieties will be provided to you. This also ensures you are offering a wide variety of choices to your buyers and subsequently reduces the time in which your order is packed.
If your order is not paid for and you are a new customer, then a school purchase order is required before your order can be dispatched.
Items can only be ordered in ‘dozen’ quantities (eg. 12, 24, 36, 48 etc) and mixed colours as packed.
Orders will be dispatched within 7 business days once you have received confirmation of your order from School Gifts Australia.
All freight costs are subsidised by School Gifts Australia. All freighted orders must be a minimum of $200.
